Operations and Service Development Manager

Horizons North East are excited to take our service to the next level by introducing a brand-new role of Operations and Service Development Manager. Paul has a Carrer history working across both statutory services as well as other care and welfare provisions, including a housing background. As a qualified supervising Social Worker, Paul leads the Horizons service ensuring the values and aspirations of our service are delivered and developed putting our clients and our communities at the heart of everything we do.


Business Accounts Manager

Liz joined Miller Wallace in 2007. Liz is dedicated to making sure that all of our business accounts are completed in an accurate and professional manner. She ensures that behind the scenes everything runs as it should.


Accounts Administrator

Corylle  has experience of working with other community interest companies in an accounts capacity and is a valued and dedicated member of our team.

Operations Team

Our office administration team make sure that someone is there to respond to your queries. They work hard to keep the day to day business activities running smoothly


Business Admin Support Officer

Daniel joined our team in 2019. Daniel started with us in his role of Business Administration apprentice and very quickly became a key member of the operations team.

Georgia joined Miller Wallace in 2015. Georgia began her career as a Business Administration apprentice then moved on to her current role. Georgia is also part of the Support Team.

Our Support Team care about how they can help you to help yourself to make the most of our service. We recognise that everyone has their own life story to tell, their own challenges to face and most importantly all of their own strengths to celebrate.

Julie joined our team in 2019. Julie brought with her a wealth of experience from having worked for many years in various care settings and very quickly became a valued member of our support team.

Naomi joined our team in 2020. Having worked in Youth work for many years, Naomi came with a wealth of experience and fits in with the team really well. Naomi also works for The Youth Service dedicating her time, engaging and supporting young people.

Dan has recently joined our team. Having worked in Youth work previously, Dan came with a wealth of experience of dealing with a diverse range of people.. Dan also works with young people  dedicating his time, engaging and supporting them.

John joined our team in 2019. John has years of experience of all aspects of property maintenance. John has an eye for detail and prides himself on the quality of his work.

Ryan is currently studying Graphic Design at Northumbria University. He works as part of our housing management team as well as assisting with some of our marketing projects.


Property Inspections Officer

Karen joined Miller Wallace in 2009. Karen has been with us almost since the start and spends her time visiting our properties to keep your home safe and comfortable. Safety comes first ALWAYS.
